Weekday vs. Weekend Moving Costs in Dallas

Saturdays are the single most popular moving day in DFW, which means most moving companies are at full capacity. While not every company charges a different weekend rate, the practical effect is the same: weekday moves tend to offer better availability, more scheduling flexibility, and sometimes lower rates.

If you're taking a day off work to move on a Tuesday, you'll find it easier to get an early morning start time (which matters enormously in Texas summers), more crew attention, and often a crew that hasn't already done a full move that same morning. If Saturday is your only option, book early and confirm the day before.
